How do I get started?

How does Companion Care handle billing?

Weekly invoices can be paid either by mail or on-line.  We accept credit cards, auto pay, checks and PayPal.
 

Does Companion Care have a current license to practice?

Yes.  As of September 2008 all Home Care Service agencies must have a current IL state license to operate in the State of IL.
 

How much do Companion care services cost?

The cost of service varies on a case-by-case basis dependent upon the individuals needs. For example, we offer specialized care for clients with Alzheimer’s and other illnesses.
 

Does Companion Care provide Companion care services in assisted living facilities?

Yes. Companion Care provides Companions to you or your loved one in an assisted living facility. Our goal is to give quality care to you in the environment that’s most comfortable.
 

How long is the wait time for services?

Companion Care Companions are available to start within 24-hours, and often, the same day.
 

How do I know if my Companion is qualified?

Each Companion Care employee undergoes a rigorous screening process which includes a three phase interview and extensive background checks along with a mandatory drug screening.  All Companions' are trained and certified prior to employment and are observed regularly by Care Managers to ensure that you or your loved one is receiving the attention they deserve.
